Spring ’26 Monoprinting Workshops with Carol MacDonald

Monoprint is a print medium whose simple concept, spontaneous process and elegant results have attracted artists for years. Monoprints are unique prints made by the direct transfer of an image from a plate to paper.

MONOPRINTING Spring 2026:

The workshop includes demonstration of different monoprinting techniques using an etching press and fully supported studio time to work on your own images. No experience needed! All materials included! Bring a bag lunch.

2026 DATES:
April 30, May 1 & 2 (Thurs, Fri, Sat)

May 28, 29, 30 (Thurs, Fri, Sat)

Workshop hours: 9 – 2pm

Includes: demonstrations, coaching and clean hands to run the press.

Materials: I supply the inks, paints, plates, brayers, brushes, and up to five 22″ x 30″ pieces of paper. (A paper fee may be charged for additional paper.)

Cost: $125 per day

OLD PRINTS 2026:

Reprint and work back into already made prints. This is a great way to experiment and learn new techniques.

May 27  (Wed) – 9 – 2pm

Cost: $110 per day

REGISTRATION:

You may register for any number of days per workshop that fits your schedule.

A $25 per day, non-refundable deposit is required to hold your space.
